Return Policy Overview

At Seetha One Gram Jewellery, your satisfaction is our top priority. We offer a 7-day exchange policy from the date of delivery for all eligible products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason other than damage or defect, we offer a hassle-free exchange. Please note that we accept returns only for damaged or defective items. For exchange requests, the item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

Conditions for Return & Exchange

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of delivery date.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition.
  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included.
  • Items should not show any signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces are not eligible for exchange or return.
  • For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be exchanged or returned unless they are defective.
  • Seetha One Gram Jewellery reserves the right to reject return requests that do not meet these conditions.

Exchange Process

To initiate an exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of delivery.
  2. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to exchange, and the reason for exchange.
  3. Share clear photographs of the item if requested (for damage claims).
  4. Our team will review your request and provide a return shipping address if approved.
  5. Pack the item securely in its original packaging and ship it to the provided address.
  6. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process the exchange within 3-5 business days.

Shipping charges for exchanges are borne by the customer unless the exchange is due to a defect or error on our part. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot be held responsible for lost packages.

Refund Timeline

For approved returns (defective/damaged items only), refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued through the original payment method used at the time of purchase. For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer — you will need to provide your bank account details. Please note that the original shipping charges are non-refundable, and any return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Damaged / Defective Items

We take utmost care in packaging and quality-checking every order before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You will need to provide clear photographs or a short video showing the damage or defect, along with your order number. Our team will assess the issue and arrange for a free replacement or full refund, including any shipping charges. We may also arrange a reverse pickup for the damaged item at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made or personalized jewellery pieces.
  • Earrings (due to hygiene reasons) unless defective.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
  • Products returned without original packaging, tags, or certificates.
  • Items that show signs of wear, alteration, or damage caused by the customer.
  • Products returned after the 7-day exchange window.
