Every order is carefully packaged in premium jewellery boxes with adequate cushioning and tamper-proof sealing to prevent any damage during transit.

Delivery Timeframes

The estimated delivery time depends on your shipping location. Once your order is dispatched, you can expect delivery within the following timeframes:

Metro Cities

3 - 5 business days

Tier 2 Cities

5 - 7 business days

Remote / Rural Areas

7 - 10 business days

Shipping Charges

We offer FREE shipping on all orders above ₹999 across India. For orders below ₹999, a nominal shipping fee of ₹49 will be charged. This helps us ensure that your order is packed securely and delivered through trusted courier partners with full tracking capabilities. Cash on Delivery (COD) orders are shipped free of any additional COD charges, making your shopping experience hassle-free and transparent.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 24 to 48 hours of placing the order, excluding Sundays and public holidays. During sale periods or festive seasons, processing may take up to 72 hours due to higher order volumes. Once your order is processed and quality-checked, it will be handed over to our shipping partner and you will receive a confirmation with tracking details via email and WhatsApp.

International Shipping

Currently, Seetha One Gram Jewellery ships exclusively within India. We are working on expanding our shipping network to serve our international customers soon. For international inquiries or bulk orders, please contact us via WhatsApp or email and our team will explore available options to accommodate your request on a case-by-case basis.
